C&B Seen Limited - Product Warranties



C&B Seen bike lights have been designed and manufactured with quality and durability to the fore, but should you experience a problem then please refer to our warranty terms to ascertain if you are covered under our warranty. Shipping - All items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery service. Customers may, if they wish, choose to have their items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

There are a number of lightweight accessories which can be added to existing orders and shipped free. This facility may only be used where the full minimum packet shipping fee of £4.95 has already been charged.

Returns - With effect from 1st August 2018, we provide a 30-day cooling off period and a 12-month warranty for all C&B Seen branded items (see Exceptions below). Please inspect your item(s) carefully within 30 days from delivery. If there are no quality problems and they are not damaged in any way, you can return your item(s) back to us at your own expense and we will offer a full refund.

If there are quality issues, then again you must send the item back to us. We will send you a replacement, or offer you a full refund within 3 days, at our expense. In this instance your shipping costs will be refunded.

Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that have been used under abnormal operating conditions, or that are damaged as a result of accident, misuse or improper installation on the buyer's or user's part.

Where other manufacturer's goods are offered for sale with their own warranty then their warranty will take precedence and apply to that product.


Battery Packs – C&B Seen supply excellent quality, very carefully sourced, 4 & 6-cell battery packs. These are sold as part of their bike light kits and as individual products. However, as the life of the battery pack is greatly influenced by the care provided by the customer, we can only offer a 6 month replace/refund warranty on these products.

Sale Items - Where items are offered as part of a Sale the 30-day cooling off period only will apply - customers should inspect their products immediately upon receipt and any defects reported to C&B Seen. Where items cannot be replaced, the monies will be refunded. Defects that occur after the 30-day period will be dealt with fairly by C&B Seen on a case by case basis.
